MC/24/2463 - Land South of Berwick Way, Frindsbury Hill:
Reserved matters application relating to appearance, layout, scale, access to and landscaping pursuant to outline planning permission MC/22/2839 for construction of up to 181 market and affordable dwellings with associated access, roads, open space, drainage and other works together with the discharge of conditions 4 (LEMP) 75 (CEMP) 83 (SuDs) 87 (Ev Charging) and 88 (Travel Plan).
We will be requesting an extension to comment on this application due to the time of year and people not being able to attend any extra meetings during the Christmas period. We will arrange a planning meeting to discuss this applications which residents will be invited to express their views before we submit a comment from the Parish Council.
Also MC/24/2535 - Arethusa Venture Centre Upnor Road: Demolition of existing buildings and construction of two new buildings to provide 31 no. apartments (Use Class C3) including landscaping, parking, access and associated infrastructure.
A public consultation has already been held so the application will be discussed at tomorrow nights Parish meeting.
