|
a |
MC2007/0203 : 4 Larkin Close, Frindsbury Extra: Construction of a 2 metre fence and porch to front and relocation of garage to front/side: Revised drawings
It was noted that the garage was now labelled a workshop/shed. After discussion it was proposed by Cllr Etheridge, seconded by Cllr Mrs Bird and agreed unanimously that the response be as follows:
Frindsbury Extra Parish Council withdraws its previous objection to the re-siting of the garage and has no objection to the siting of a workshop/shed in the position shown on the revised drawing. The Council would however like a condition imposed that the shed has a normal shed door and not the double full height doors as shown on the plans, so that it could not at some time in the future be used as a garage.
The Council appreciates the reasons given for the application for a 2m fence but it remains a fence greater than 1m in height adjacent to the highway and the Council asks the planning authority to use its discretion in determining this part of the application.
