The roof of the extension hereby permitted shall not be used as a balcony at any time and there shall be no alterations undertaken to the property to facilitate such a use (whether permitted by the Town and Country General Permitted Development Order or not) without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason 1. To ensure that the development does not prejudice conditions of amenity by reason of unneighbourly overlooking of adjoining property. This is in accordance with Policy BNE2 of the Medway Local Plan 2003.
